Personal Training in Gonzales, LA
One coach, one plan, all eyes on you. Personal training at Regymen Fitness Ascension pairs a coach’s full attention with a plan built from your FREE Fit3D body scan — your body fat, your muscle, your measurements — not a template pulled off a shelf.

Who Personal Training Is For
Over 40 and starting over? You get a coach who builds every session around your joints, your history, and your pace — no keeping up with a room full of twenty-somethings, no guessing what to do next.
Brand new to working out? Personal training is the fastest way to learn it right. Your coach guides every rep, picks every weight, and fixes your form in the moment — you just show up and work.
Coming back from a layoff? Time off, an old injury, a busy season of life — whatever paused you, we start from where you actually are today, measured on the scan, and build you back the smart way.
Want faster progress than group workouts alone? Our coached group workouts are excellent — and one-on-one training accelerates everything: a program built only for you, nutrition dialed to your numbers, and a coach adjusting the plan week to week.

How It Starts: We Measure First
Step 1 — a free consultation. We sit down and talk: your goals, your history, your schedule, anything your body needs us to work around. No workout, no pressure, no card.
Step 2 — your FREE Fit3D scan. About a minute on the scanner, fully private, no pinching and no calipers. It measures your body fat, lean muscle, posture, and full-body measurements — the numbers a scale can never give you.
Step 3 — your coach builds the plan. Every session is programmed from your scan, your body, and your goals, and we re-scan as you go so progress is a number, not a feeling. That is our rule for everything at Regymen: we don’t guess. We measure.
What You Get
Fully coached 1-on-1 sessions. The coach’s full attention is on you — every rep watched, every weight chosen for where you are that day, every session building on the last one.
A personalized nutrition program from Coach L. Training is half the equation. Coach L builds your food program from your Fit3D scan — your protein target, your macros, a plan that fits your real life — because the right number depends on the person, not a generic chart.
Re-scans that prove it is working. We measure again as you train, so you can see body fat down and muscle up in black and white — and your coach adjusts the plan from real data.
Published coaching paths, honest pricing. Start with our 30-Day Reset at $199 or go all in with the 30-Day Full Transformation at $499. For ongoing 1-on-1 training, your coach maps the right package for your goals at your free consult — no pressure, no surprises.

Meet Your Coaches
Emily Wong — Head Coach. Emily leads the coaching team at Regymen Fitness Ascension and runs the floor where our members train. Her standard is simple: every person in the room gets coached, every session, at their level.
Laie Wong (Coach L) — Owner. Laie has been a trainer for 16 years and owns Regymen together with Emily. He builds every member’s personalized nutrition program from their Fit3D scan — the “we don’t guess, we measure” rule starts with him.

Personal Training Questions, Answered
Do I need experience to start personal training?
No. Most of our personal training clients start as beginners. Your coach scales every movement to your body and your history, and your first steps — a free consultation and a FREE Fit3D scan — happen before your first workout, so session one is already built for you.
What does the first session look like?
It starts with a conversation and a scan, not a workout. We talk through your goals, your history, and any limitations, then take your Fit3D scan — about a minute, fully private, no pinching. Your coach builds your first sessions from those numbers, so you are never guessing and never thrown into the deep end.
How is personal training different from the regular workouts?
Our regular workouts — BURN, BUILD, and HYROX — are coach-led in a small-group setting. Personal training is one-on-one: the coach’s full attention is on you, every session is programmed only for your body and your goals, and your nutrition plan is built personally by Coach L from your scan.
How many days a week should I do personal training?
Most personal training clients train two to three days a week. That is enough to build strength, change your body, and recover between sessions — especially paired with your nutrition program. Your coach maps the right rhythm for your schedule and your goals at your free consult.
What does personal training cost?
Starting is free: your consultation and your first Fit3D scan cost nothing. Our published coaching programs are the 30-Day Reset at $199 and the 30-Day Full Transformation at $499. For ongoing one-on-one training, your coach maps the right package for your goals at your free consult — no pressure and no surprises.
Do you help with food and nutrition?
Yes — it is half the program. Every personal training client gets a personalized nutrition program from Coach L (Laie Wong), built from your Fit3D scan: your protein target, your macros, and a plan that fits your real life. We re-scan to prove it is working.
