Come say hello. We’re the neighbors in the Regymen shirts — and if you’ve been thinking about getting started, ask us about a free first workout while you’re there.
Four times a year we take it outside, right in front of the gym: a free 90-minute outdoor workout, and the whole community is invited — members, non-members, families, first-timers.
No sign-up pressure, no sales pitch. Just Gonzales working out together. Watch our Facebook and Instagram for the next date — or call (225) 744-6495 and ask.
East Ascension Spartans. St. Amant Gators. Dutchtown Griffins. Prairieville Hurricanes. Four programs, one parish — we support all of them equally, and on Friday nights we’re in the stands like everybody else. Geaux Tigers on Saturdays, and Who Dat on Sundays — that’s Ascension Parish, and that’s us.

“I’ve made more progress toward my fitness goals in the past year at Regymen than I had in years of working on my goals on my own.”
“The coaches are all next level, incredibly helpful when it comes to form and technique.”
“The workouts are always different, the coaches are motivating, and the community is so welcoming.”
The teachers who pour into Ascension Parish kids all week pour into themselves here — our teacher workouts are some of the loudest, happiest hours in this gym.
The Dutchtown High School girls put in their work at Regymen too — strong students, strong athletes, right here at home in Ascension Parish.
At Regymen, your birthday means a workout with your name on a sign and the whole gym celebrating with you. Nobody here is just a membership number.
Our sister store, Xtreme Performance Nutrition (14639 Airline Hwy #103, Gonzales), is right here in the parish too — same family, same “neighbors first” way of doing business. Training at Regymen and nutrition at Xtreme are built to work together.
Your first step is free: a free workout at Regymen Fitness Ascension + a FREE Fit3D scan + a FREE consultation with Coach L, who builds your personalized nutrition program (by appointment).
