“My name is Lauren Smith. I am 49 yrs old. I came from at athletic family and played sports in middle/high school. I gained a lot of weight in my late 20’s but was able to get it off by cutting out fast food, etc. Even after I had my beautiful daughter I was able to get back to pre baby weight within 6 months. I worked-out at home 5 days/week and was able to maintain my weight for several years and then Covid hit!
